If you want to lose belly fat and get a flat stomach, all you need to do is to follow the law of weight loss. It is that simple.
There must be some reason why some people can lose weight faster than others. Of course there are a couple of factors to be considered like age and body type. But if all are equal, what is that one thing that is blocking some individuals from losing belly fat and preventing from getting a flat stomach. I have seen lots of people successfully lose weight and many that have invested years and money in gym membership but they get nowhere. Then I compiled the similarities of those who successfully lose weight and those who doesn’t and made a summary, which I call the law of weight loss.

Exercise is essentially movement using various muscle groups. By this definition, almost any sort of activity can be considered exercise. The more your muscles and body work to keep going, the stronger they become.

Does this sound like you? Up by 4:30 AM. Get the kids ready for school. Meeting with the boss at eight and you can’t be late. Errands to run in the evening. Come home and cook dinner. Get the kids ready for bed and get ready to repeat the whole process again for tomorrow.
If this is a typical day for you it’s of little wonder that you don’t have time to exercise and watch what you eat. In our society everything is rush, rush, rush. A hectic day is now the norm for many of you and there doesn’t seem like there is any end in sight.

After hearing the same questions time after time I feel it is only right to clear up the whole ab issue. I am amazed how often people question me with a bewildered look on their face curious about how exactly to get that coveted “six pack.” Here’s where the most important point comes in: it is peoples’ misconceptions about training and dieting that lead them astray. Most often it is not a lack of effort that results in a feeling of abdominal inadequacy. On the contrary, people rave about the number of crunches they do often numbering as high as several hundred several times per week.
